Our brand new house is a private home, close enough to beach /Orthi Ammos beach 5 min. walk/, restaurants /5 min. walk the closest one/ and supermarket /2 min. by car/ but at the same time offering you privacy and silence. It is a neat and comfortable place furnished with fine taste for your stay and relax in quiet and unexplored area of Southern Crete. Facing magical Libyan sea and just right opposite majestic White Mountains with their wild beauty.

Two floors simply and stylishly furnished, downstairs /cca 30 m2/ with living room, fully equipped kitchen /electric cooker with oven, fridge with refrigerator and ice cubes maker, microwave, coffee machine for espresso, greek coffee, french press, frappe, tea kettle, kettle, electric fresh juice maker, sandwich maker/, bathroom with shower /incl. washing machine/ and great veranda. The sofa in living room can be made double bed. Upstairs bedroom /cca 20 m2/ with balcony and breathtaking sea and mountain view. Bedroom is equipped with comfortable double bed and wardrobe to store your clothes. Coffee, tea, sugar, spices, tsikoudia and biological olive oil from our own production included. Upon your arrival welcome breakfast is included /butter, marmalade, honey, toast bread, ham, cheese, eggs, milk and juice/. The whole place is air-conditioned, equipped with TV and WiFi. Mosquito net, tablets and spiral, for people suffering alergies a special anti-mosquito blue light device.

Lovely large garden with fresh lawn, flowers and trees provides possibilities for outdoor relax and plays, there is outdoor table with benches to spend time, grill for barbecue, outdoor shower, beach umbrella, small inflatable children's pool, children' s plastic chairs and ball at your disposal. The garden requires daily care to stay fresh and green, so we need to come to water it everyday in time agreed according to your preferences.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
