The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a balcony, an air conditioner, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private) and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor).

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

The luxurious newly built Emerald villa is situated west of the town Chania, at a distance of approximately 22 kilometers, in the Rapaniana area. The villa,built of stone, is literally on the sea shore and have direct access to the beach. Important Notice: Check-in is after 16.00Check out is 10:30 latest. Check in and check out can be made without a person to person contact (upon request)

Villa has half an acre of private garden and is no more than 50 meters from the beach. Its architectural style respects the Cretan aesthetics, tradition and the environment with no compromise in comfort and luxury. The exterior of the building and grounds are beautifully designed and include a large private pool ( 40 sq.m. ). Villa has a hydro massage and lovely comfortable sunbathing areas. There is also a pergola and a stone build barbecue. The interior of the villa comprises of three floors. On the ground level there is a spacious lounge, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms each with a private bath room and balcony. The balconies have a breathtaking view of the sea. In the basement there is a third bedroom with bathroom and a forth bedroom (this room has no windows). Please notice that the 4 rth bedroom is situated in the basement and has no windows or balcony.The main house can be used by 6 people.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
