Our house is located within a big garden, on the top of the hill, with unlimited views to the mountain and to the sea (it oversees two beaches, the Big and the Little Triopetra). The holiday home provides guests with a swimming pool, a patio, garden views, a seating area, flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen , a washing machine , and a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. An oven, a stovetop and toaster are also offered, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine. Guests at the accommodation can enjoy hiking, swimming and diving nearby, or make the most of the garden with the private swimming pool. Conveniently located between Crete's 2 major airports, Heraklion international airport 100 km & Chania international airport 108 km away from the property.

We are a family of local Cretans and we run a restaurant called Filenia, which is located 2 minutes by car from our renting place. Our restaurant offers local Cretan cuisine, with ingredients that come from the mountain and from our own vegetable-garden, everything is 100% organic.
We are open the entire day and we are waiting for you.
Also our restaurant Filenia is where you can pick up the keys to the renting place as well.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
