Nestled in a rural setting between two small villages (Skaleta and Prinos), these two holiday homes each boast a private pool. Please inquire about seasonal rates (180 to 240 euros, depending on the season, including all taxes, even the climate tax!). Prices shown in the price calculator are for one house only.

Each house features two bedrooms and two sofa beds, two satellite TVs, internet access, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for six, and four terraces surrounding the house, offering either sun or shade at any time of day.

Comfortable sun loungers are available by the pool. A large children's playground is located in the garden.

The spacious garden boasts beautiful flowers, shrubs, trees, and palm trees.

The historic old town of Rethymnon is just 15 minutes away, and the sandy beach of Skaleta is only 5 minutes away.

Here you'll find complete peace and quiet, far from the crowds of mass tourism.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
