Perched on a green hill in the traditional village of Ravdoucha, this studio offers you a panoramic view of the Cretan sea. Here you can relax perfectly away from the tourist crowds. You can reach the house via a normal, tarmac road, which is not steep but leads slowly uphill.

The large balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, becomes your second living room in summer. You have a fantastic view as far as the horizon. Blue sea as far as the eye can see. The property is not enclosed. You can park directly at the house.

The 35 m² studio with separate entrance is located on the first floor and is suitable for up to three people. It has a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a seating area with a comfortable sofa bed (90 x 200 cm) for a third person, a dining area and a kitchenette equipped with a hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave and fridge. The flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall opposite the bed. The bathroom has a shower with shower curtain, a WC and a washbasin with mirror. The studio is also equipped with a fan.

The nearest supermarket is in Kolimbari, six kilometres away. Kastelli is twelve kilometres away. There you will find more supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank and a health centre. The village is 500 metres away and Ravdoucha beach is one kilometre away.

Internet access is not available. Absolute peace and relaxation are therefore guaranteed.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
