The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a balcony, a terrace, a garden (fenced), a barbecue and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The breathtaking accommodation enjoys a unique location in the historical Maleme on a hill, affording a wonderful view over the landscape. It is near Platanias and Agia Marina and the traditional villages Kolimpari and Tavronis, as well as the exclusive peninsula Rodopou.

The generous outdoor area features a heated, private pool with deckchairs, from which you can enjoy the wonderful view over the landscape. Next to it there is a roofed grill area surrounded by lush green lawns, where you will fing further seating. The upper terrace with some roofing and light is quite large and also has a dining table with chairs. It is possible to park on site.

The luxurious villa is spread over two floors and can features a generous living space of approximately 200 m². It can accommodate eight guests. The interior is simple, but modern and with all the necessary comfort and luxury. It has four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with two queensize double beds and four single beds. The living room provides a large corner sofa, a chaise longue and a flatscreen TV with satellite channes, net flix, a play station and affords a beautiful view of the sea. From here you can access the kitchen, which is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a dining table with six chairs. The four bathrooms are fitted differently, one with a whirlpool, one with a bath and two with a shower. Free wireless Internet access and air conditioning are available. The property can accommodate more than eight guests (adults & children) by adding extra beds or sofas uppon any request or wish.

Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi internet access are offered free of charge.

The wonderful surroundings offer great sandy beaches, pure nature, traditional localities and famous guesthouses with excellent regional cuisine.

The privileged location of the villa offers beautiful views of the Kolimpari gulf, the mountains and the blue Cretan Sea.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
