Each of the four villas, named Chloe, Ioli, Fedra, and Danae, presents a luxurious interior spread over three floors and 110 sqm, catering for up to 6 people. On the ground level, guests are welcomed into a spacious, fully-equipped living room with the finest marble tiles, leading to a dining area overlooking the swimming pool and a kitchen where guests can prepare their desired specialties. A bathroom completes the ground floor layout. The first floor features two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with twin beds, another marble-lined bathroom with a large bathtub, and a generous veranda offering a panoramic sea view. The cozy loft on the second level, accessible directly from the first floor, houses two twin size beds.

The external area of Daphnis Villas is as impressive as its interiors. Each villa boasts its own space by the large central 96 sqm swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers, an umbrella, a coffee table, and a dining set. For further relaxation, the pool area includes a Jacuzzi and a children’s pool. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy a basement mini fitness center, sauna, steam bath (additional charges apply), and a mini gym. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
