The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). The villa is set in the small hamlet of Monastiraki a few Km inland from the seaside village of Pachia Ammos. It is on the North Coast and a short 10min drive to the south coast town of Lerapetra.

Next to the pool there is an outdoor cooking area with BBQ, outdoor fridge and sink with hot and cold water. Recliners and shade pergolas and a choice of two outdoor dining areas. There is a colourful mature garden and parking.

The villa has a 5X8m pool. Stunning sea and mountain views. There is plenty of private space for sunbathing and an outside cooking and eating area with BBQ sink and outside fridge. There is a well equipped indoor kitchen / living room. Aircon in Living room and bedrooms.

The villa has 2 great tavernas and a bar within short walking distance. The villa is very quiet set in a mountainside hamlet of Monastiraki. It is ideally situated to explore both north and south coast of Eastern Crete

This villa is perfect as a quiet Creten hideaway but if you want to walk out there are two of the best tavernas in the area within a short walk. Its a great base for exploring Eastern Crete being on the North Coast but only 10-15minute drive to the South Coast.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
