The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a DVD player, four televisions, a radio and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, an air conditioner, a barbecue, a garden and a swimming pool and there are four balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers, four toilets, a bath and three hairdryers.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer, a washing machine and two fridge-freezers.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, toys and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, two ovens, a dishwasher and two coffee makers.

Four full modern bathrooms serve the home, ensuring comfort and privacy during your stay.

Outside, guests can enjoy garden furniture set among greenery, creating a pleasant space for morning coffee or quiet evenings in the fresh Cretan air. Parking and access to a washing area add further convenience for longer stays.

The villa is just a short drive from Maleme Beach and Platanias, known for sandy shores, clear waters, beach cafés, tavernas, and water activities. The historic town of Chania, with its Venetian harbour, old streets, shops, and restaurants, is also easily reachable for day trips. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
