Situated in the peaceful village of Mavrikiano, just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Elounda, this traditionally built house combine rustic features with luxurious features.The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. The entrance leads to a common open area with an ample sized pool(SHARING pool with another Home) and a summer outdoor kitchen shared with the occupants of another house. The stairs lead to the terrace and the entrance to the home. On the left is the fully equipped kitchen leading to the main twin-bedded room and to the right is the fireplace. The full sized bathroom is next to a smaller bedroom with twin beds. The wooden stairs lead to the attic/loft area with a double bed.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
