The villa is nestled in the tranquil area of Agios Pavlos, which is 58 km south of Rethymno city. The coastal village provides access to the main sandy beach, as well as other pristine beaches nearby, including those with green waters and rocky seabeds. Guests can enjoy the beach’s amenities, such as sunbeds, umbrellas, and pedal boats, while a few taverns offer local dining options. Just a short drive from the village of Sachtouria, Agios Pavlos is a peaceful destination perfect for exploring the natural beauty of Crete, with attractions like the small church of Saint Paul perched above the beach.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
