The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a tumble dryer.

Indoor facilities
Royal Bird Villa is a three-story villa consisting of four bedrooms, one of them on the ground floor, with twin-size beds. On the ground floor, the open-plan space area offers direct access to the pool area. The real heart of the home is the open plan living area with a fireplace and the scenery is completed with a kitchen with a modern design and all the necessary amenities for easy preparation of meals. There is also a ding space where you could enjoy your meals gazing at the sea. On the same floor, you can find a communal bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, one of them offers two single beds, one bedroom with a king-size bed and the third bedroom provides a king-size bed. One of the bedrooms offers a hydro-massage Jacuzzi bath. All of the bedrooms on the upper floor offer a unique sea view from the balconies.

On the lower level, there is a gym for anyone who wants to keep up with their workout routine. Furthermore, in the same area, there is a sauna room where you can relax and a shower room.

Outdoor facilities
Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than lying by the pool and having your tanning session? The outdoor saltwater swimming pool and the lounge space are the spots where you can rustle up a cocktail or relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset on the sun loungers and on the double day bed. Pretty close to the pool area there is a dining table and a well-organized BBQ area for festive culinary nights under the starlight sky. The garden around the villa makes you feel that you are living in heaven. Finally, there is a secure parking area outside the villa for two cars, along with a free EV charger available.(There is a Power outlet for EV charging, not a charging station)

Accessibility
From the parking area to the main door of the indoor space, there is a path without stairs. In addition, inside the villa, there is an elevator to move from one floor to another.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days' advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

From 2024, as stated in Article 53 of Law, there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is fifteen euros per night from April to October and four euros per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
