Situated in the heart of an ancient olive grove, this all comfort villa has everything you'll need for a Cretan getaway. Location-wise, in residential area, the village of Hersonissos is home to traditional tavernas serving up real Cretan food, and most of them are within walking distance.

The crisp white colour scheme is a welcome relief from the heat, and although the style is simple, we like the laid-back approach.The ground floor is about 70 m² in size and comprises a living room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV, triple and double sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine ( filter and Nespresso) and a dining area for 6 pax.The middle floor gives access to the first room with twin beds and a guest toilet with sink .The upper floor offers 2 bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed, very large cupboard, a dressing table with mirror and a large balcony.The balconies are the perfect spot to sip an afternoon tea (or a cocktail if you're up for it) and admire the sparkling sea views – in fact, it's the best spot in the house for oceanfront sunsets.Main bathroom with shower-bath, toilet and sink is also situated in the upper floor.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
