Nearby Dramia you have one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Crete, from Kavros to Georgiopoulis .In the season (April till October) Kavros (1 km) and Georgiopoulis (4 km) are nice places with a lot of tourists, mostly families and not interesting for club-lovers. In wintertime it is very quiet (usual shopping can be done), but Chania and Rethimnon are the places who are still alive. Also nearby is the famous lake of Kournas (the only sweet water lake of Crete), the mountain village Episkopi and Argiropolis, are also popular. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
