The holiday home for 9 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a barbecue, fitness equipment, a billiard, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (heated and private). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

Indoor facilities
The villa features four airy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a big indoor living and kitchen area with high-end amenities, and an amazing view from the whole property. The interior of the villa on the ground floor is furnished and features a spacious lounge with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa features four airy bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms complete the layout of the ground floor with direct access to the pool area. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and access to private balconies. One of them is equipped with an extra terrace with sun loungers, an umbrella, sun chairs & a table. Each room has its air-conditioner, Smart TV & free Wi-Fi access & amazing Seaview! On the ground floor, there is a playroom with a pool table, a 75’’ Smart TV, a PlayStation, a Sofa, an Iron board and iron, a washing machine & tumble dryer. In the playroom lies a gym area, adorned with an array of gym equipment including a multifunctional gym machine, a stationary bicycle, a back extension machine, and dumbbells.

Outdoor facilities
Villa Solis is part of the Sea Front Villas Complex, which includes two villas: Villa Luna ( 3 bedrooms ) and Villa Solis ( 4 bedrooms). Seafront Villas is a newly built complex of two luxurious & autonomous villas set within a short walking distance of the Sea! 

Whether you choose to relax on the long sandy beach or take a tour of the beautiful island of Crete, there’s nothing better than coming back to swim in the private pool or drinking a glass of wine and gazing at the amazing view of the Cretan Sea. Outdoor, a living area, a dining table with a gas barbeque which is completed with patio furniture. The location of the villa is at a unique point and all the facilities are close by.

***Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated free of charge from April until the end of May and from the 15th of September until the end of October, upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27°C, depending on weather conditions. From the 1st of June until the 14th of September, the pool can be heated at an extra cost. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during July and August due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)

2/3-day cleaning service
The rates include housekeeping every 2/3 days. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days.

From 2024 there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.

From December to February, the villa is available for rent at a special monthly rate. Please note that this special rental cost includes one cleaning service per week.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
