General

The holiday home for 11 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. In addition there is a barbecue, an air conditioner, a terrace, a swimming pool (heated, private), fitness equipment, a balcony and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a washing machine, a freezer and a tumble dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Villa is located at Galatas village, 4 km from Chania city center. Galatas has a great advantageous position as it is close to the city centre and the Venetian harbour as well, and also near to the area’s most popular sandy beaches.

Villa has a total space area of 305 m2. Consists of a ground floor, a first floor, a top floor and a basement.
The villa is endowed with several balconies with the main one overlooking the heated swimming pool.

Around the 28 sqm swimming pool there is a sunbathing wooden deck and a lawn playground.
On the ground floor there is a living and dining room area, a kitchen and a WC.
Apart the six satellite TV’s in all rooms of the villa, there is a big 50 inch TV on the living room equipped with PS4 with two controllers, Netflix and Spotify subscription, surround home cinema speakers,. There is also a windows mini pc connected to the screen and a powerful bluetooth speaker.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds. Every bedroom has its own balcony.

The top floor of the villa has superb views of the sea and Ag. Theodori Island, on the north side, from the south side, you can enjoy the scenery of the ‘Lefka Ori’ mountains. There is one bedroom with two single beds, one shower room, one WC and a sitting room area which can also accommodate two people with its double sofa bed.

In the basement of the villa there is a well equipped gym room, a bathroom, a laundry room and a two - space indoor car park.

The closest sandy beach (Kalamaki) is in a walking distance of 1 km from the villa. A number of convenient shops and services (mini market, pharmacy, tavernas, bus station) are available in the neighborhood at a walking distance of less than 5 min. There is also a fantastic greek Taverna just in a few meters away from the house

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
