These spacious new studios are built to the highest standards, there are three studios for 2 / 3 people, two large single beds and a sofa bed. The units are fully air-conditioned but also have fireplaces for the coolest nights.Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage space. The shower is large and well appointed with shower, toilet and washing machine. There is TV, DVD and CD player in all units. Each unit has large sliding doors with mosquito covers, leading out onto the south facing balcony.Balconies have a stunning view of the Lybian Sea and islands of Paxamidia and Gavdos (the most southerly part of Europe).Paterakis studio at Triopetra, combines a peaceful atmosphere for restful holidays, perfect for families with children or a group of friends! The area around the property is quiet, totally in nature with sea view.Well appointed individual detached self catering apartments within 2 kilometers of Triopetra (Akoumia) beaches (Rethymno Region of Crete).

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
