1st floor: living room with 2 sofa beds, satellite TV, table, chairs, bookshelves and roof fan, balcony. 2nd floor: bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, wall cupboard and roof fan. Roof terrace with marvellous view over the city, the mountains and the sea, seating, deckchairs, table.

The cityscape is visibly characterised by the buildings from the Venetian and Turkish periods, which can be seen in the narrow streets and the baths, and the old Venetian town of Chania with its charming shops, restaurants with delicious Cretan cuisine, the numerous historical landmarks and museums is a rare gem waiting to be explored. A walk in the old town is such a pleasure that you should not miss it!

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
