Villa Stella is a brand-new luxury villa located in Tersanas, just a few kilometers from Chania. With breathtaking sea views and stunning sunsets, it offers the perfect setting for a high-end Crete getaway. The villa, spread over two floors, features wooden floors, marbles, and large windows that let in natural light. The open-plan living area includes a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area with pool and garden views. There’s also a convenient WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. The other two bedrooms share a stylish family bathroom. Each room opens onto a large terrace with spectacular views. Outside, the villa is surrounded by gardens and an 8 x 5 m swimming pool with sunbeds. A shaded dining area and barbecue are perfect for al-fresco meals. Dining while watching the sunset over the sea is a truly unforgettable experience.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
