The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a barbecue, a terrace, an air conditioner and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Inside, Greek fashion designed interior with mixed contemporary and classical art give a friendly atmosphere. Locally designed-hand made furniture, are arranged to easily transform the space from a relaxed and quiet living space with an integrated sound system to compliment even the most special needs. You can find a big kitchen, home cinema, karaoke and PlayStation.

The external area is a unique space to pamper your body and soul and enjoy the magic environment of the island: the magnificent garden with native Cretan trees carries our guests through time and space. The big private pool, jacuzzi and shower, the BBQ and the large dining area help the exclusivity character of the villa. There is also playground, ping-pong facilities and parking area with private entrance.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
