Caldera Anissaras Villas is a complex of three villas ideal for relaxation and isolation. In a fenced area of ​​4 acres the stone-built villas are placed steplessly giving them unobstructed views to the sea and complete privacy. Each villa has three bedrooms, two on the floor with a shared bathroom and one bedroom on the ground floor with its own bathroom inside the room. At the same level there is the main space with lounge, fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen that has access to the guests wc and a small warehouse. The villas feature a central cooling-heating system, security systems, tv 42'', free wi-fi. Access to the villas and the complex is done with unique code available at the time of booking. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
