The holiday home for 7 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player. In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a garden, a balcony, a terrace, an air conditioner and fitness equipment. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a freezer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

The villa “Agios Nikolaos” is located in the area of Almyros, a suburb of the city of Agios Nikolaos. The villa is located a short distance from the city center and only a few metres away from the beach of Almyros. The area of Almyros was named after the river that flows into its beach and includes an important eco system protected by the international treaty of Ramsar 1971. The beach of Almyros is the most popular beach of Agios Nikolaos with a “Blue Flag“ and is organized with water activities.

The city of Agios Nikolaos offers its visitors many and different experiences. It combines the cosmopolitan atmosphere of a worldly resort and the peace and quie of an environment of special natural beauty. It provides popular and remote beaches, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants with traditional local flavors or high quality international gastronomy. Due to its tourist infrastructure, it is a vacation place for all ages and satisfies all their wishes depending on their personality and interests.

It may accommodate up to 7 people and it consists of the main house and an independent apartment.

The main house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a single space room that combines a living room, dining room and a kitchen. In front of the living room a veranda extends with a huge private swimming pool which has an immediate view of the beach. The ground floor also has a full bathroom with a bathtub and one bedroom with double bed and a balcony with view of the mountain.

Going up to the top floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. The one bedroom has a single bed and a veranda with a view of the mountain, while the other room has a queen-size double bed with a veranda and views of the swimming pool, the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos.

All the bedrooms have television, air-conditioning and wardrobes. The living room has also television and air-conditioning and the kitchen is fully equipped. In the storage room there is a washing machine.

Considering the apartment, it includes 1 double bed with an en-suite bathroom. There is a working desk in the lounge area, where someone can work independently without being interrupted by the rest guests. Lastly, fitness equipment is available in a separate gym area, in case that the guests would like to exercise themselves.

In front of the main house extends the swimming pool (with a direct view of the beach of Almyros and the city of Agios Nikolaos) with an outdoor shower, chaise-lounges, outdoor furniture and dining area .

The stone path of the villa starts from the swimming pool, and leads directly to the beach. Around the villa there is a wonderful garden in harmony with the natural environment with beautiful flowers and trees. In addition there are two parking spots.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
