The Award-winning Villa Emilia is situated by the seaside village of Agia Pelagia, 25km from Heraklion city (en-route to Rethymnon) and 35' drive from Heraklion International Airport.

Situated on a hill 350m from the sea , the complex consists of two separate villas sharing a 4000sqm yard with magnificent views of the sea and surrounding area. The Modern Villa Emilia (107sqm) features a spacious garden, minimal style and comfortable setting with 3 en-suite bedrooms. and a private swimming pool (32sqm, 1.5m deep). The sea-view sun deck offers great views of the Cretan sea!
Guests are also welcome to use our outdoor BBQ facility to prepare delicious meals at the comfort of their own garden, using fresh ingredients that can be purchased from the village market.

The villa can offer privacy and comfort for groups up to 8 of people wishing to spend enjoyable, private moments in Crete.

Kindly note that, as the swimming pool is private, there is no lifeguard.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and particularly of the safety of children that may accompany them.

The bay provides a physical protection from the winds that swipe most of the northern coast of Crete, making swimming a joy throughout the summer! The village is conveniently located between Heraklion and Rethymnon, both worth visiting: The former for its unique minoan antiquities and museum, the latter for its picturesque old town - an absolute "must see" before you leave the island.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
