Brand new Sissy villa is located at Platanias, 12 km to Chania and only 180 m from a sandy beach and walk to restaurants, shops and bars. House can accommodate with comfort a big family or a large group of friends in its 300 square meters of property. Pool size is 91 sqm with hydro massage and children pool and BBQ . Around the pool you can find sun loungers, umbrellas, a lovely garden and a lounge/sitting area. Sissy villa has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus a WC and sleeps up to 9 guests. It provides satellite TV in each bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Property has a wonderful sea view from the top floor balcony where you can enjoy while drinking you coffee. On the ground level there is a living room with fully-equipped kitchen and dining area for up to 9 persons, one bedroom with King size bed with an en-suite bathroom and a common WC. On the upper floor there are three more bedrooms with large double beds and en-suite bathrooms. In the garage area you can find a road access lock-up garage with one car space and direct entry access to the lower floor of the villa. Check out is 11:00 latest and check in is 15:00 earliest.

Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
