The apartment house is situated on the edge of a park, with the church Naos Kimiseos Theotokou in the middle. The house is 90 metres from the sea and accessed along Poseidonos Avenue. The apartment is on the 3rd (top) floor of the house and faces south-east. It is accessed up stairs or by lift.
There is a private roofed terrace of around 20m² with a sea view, a dining table and six chairs, as well as a relaxation zone.
The 50m² apartment is for 2-4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a cupboard and access to the balcony, a living and dining room with an open kitchen and a pull-out sofa bed for two people, a desk and a TV. Varkiza is a quiet suburb of Athens and part of Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni in the south of Attika. It is 19km to the south of the centre of Athens and 21km to the south-west of the international airport Eleftherious Venizelos. It is right in the Varkiza bay and is connected to Athens along Poseidonos Avenue. Together with Vouliagmeni, it is among the more exclusive areas of Greece. Varkiza is known as a classy seaside resort and offers an attractive range of sports and recreation. There are other freely accessible swimming bays along the promenade. Shops, restaurants and bars ensure entertainment. There are local grocery shops and supermarkets, as well as good public transport connections.
