The space

The Guesthouse is a comfortable, spacious and quite high-ceilinged Apartment, located on the first floor. The Apartment consists of an open space, in which there is a specially designed attic.

In the attic there is a bedroom with a large double bed, a flat-screen TV and a fan.

In the open space, next to the attic stairs, there is the dining room and then the living room with a sofa that becomes a double bed and a stool that becomes a single bed. In the same area there is a large double wardrobe, library, board games, maps of the island and a large smart tv with flat screen.
Opposite the living room there are two balcony doors leading to a large balcony with a table and two armchairs overlooking the harbor.

Then there is a large fitted and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster, toaster and large fridge with freezer.

Finally, after the kitchen there is a luxury toilet with a special cabin for the shower, toiletries and a washing machine.
A baby cot and high chair are also available upon request.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
