The holiday home for 12 persons has six bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a balcony, an elevator, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private) and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Guests have excluding access to all areas.

The third floor features a completely independent entrance and serves as occasional living quarters for our housekeeper. Because of this, it remains strictly private and inaccessible to guests.The housekeeper does not use any shared or common areas, ensuring that your stay remains entirely private. Guest privacy is of the utmost importance to us, as consistently reflected in our reviews.

- Other things to note -
Complementary housekeeping service is provided on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
If one cleaner is available on the day: 4 hours (approx. 10:00am to 14:00). If two cleaners are available to work together: 2 hours (approx. 10:00am to 12:00).

Gardening and Pool Maintenance are also done on a weekly basis.

Public transportation and Airport Shuttle bus stops are within a 2 minute walking distance.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
