Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, kettle, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower/WC. Heating. Beautiful view of the city. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, no lift.
Beautiful, historical apartment house, built in 1648. 4 apartments in the residence. In the centre of Altenburg, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: bistro, central heating system. Breakfast possible (extra). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 10 m, café 5 m, pedestrian zone, pub garden 10 m, bus stop "Mühlpforte" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Riding stable 2 km, sports centre 1 km. Nearby attractions: Residenzschloss Altenburg 400 m, Lindenau-Museum 300 m, Landestheater 300 m, Großer Teich mit Inselzoo 800 m, Spielkartenmuseum 400 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Talsperre Windischleuba 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
