Idyllically situated 3-room holiday flat in a quiet and green top location in the centre of Weimar. Just a few minutes' walk from the city centre and Weimar's old town with its numerous tourist attractions, restaurants, shops and amenities.

The new and beautifully furnished flat is located in a listed building on the mezzanine floor. The flat itself is at ground level, the rooms are separated by wide doors. The flat is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. Bedroom 1 has a high-quality double bed (180x200cm), bedroom 2 has a French double bed (140x200cm) and the couch in the living room can be pulled out and used as a sofa bed (160x200cm). Ideal for families or smaller groups. There are TVs in the living room and in both bedrooms. The flat has free WLAN. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable room on the property.

Our flat is located on the ground floor of a town villa built in 1900, just a few metres from the town centre. The listed building is surrounded by an idyllic 2000 square metre property with numerous large trees, some over 200 years old, and green meadows.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
