With a living space of approx. 100 m² on a 1200 m² property, our house offers the perfect retreat for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation.

The interior is furnished in a cosy country house style. Two large bedrooms with comfortable double beds, extensive wardrobe space and various seating options ensure a restful night's sleep. A spacious bathroom with shower, WC, bathtub and two washbasins as well as underfloor heating leaves nothing to be desired. The living area invites you to linger with a large upholstered corner, a dining table and chairs, TV and radio/CD. The fully equipped kitchen with upholstered seating area and the hallway with wardrobe and shoe cupboard round off the offer.

Outside, you can access the terrace directly from your living room, which is furnished with a table, chairs and a charcoal barbecue - ideal for enjoying hours outdoors. A hobby room in the basement with table tennis, darts and ball games provides additional entertainment for young and old.

The area surrounding our holiday home is a paradise for hikers. With the hiking meeting point just 200 metres away and well-signposted hiking trails for all abilities, as well as a variety of nearby excursion destinations such as Bad Tabarz, the Marienglashöhle cave, Tenneberg Castle and many more, the region offers countless opportunities for leisure activities. Gastronomic highlights can be found just 100 metres away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
