A double bed 140x200cm is available in the bedroom. The sleeping area is electromagnetically isolated with 12V lighting.
The sofa in the living room can be pulled out and then has a lying surface of approx. 135x200 cm.

The furnishings are largely wheelchair-accessible and step-free. The clear door widths are > 82 cm. The ramp to the entrance has a gradient of approx. 9%.
The large terrace is right next to the house.
Dogs are allowed on request, but expressly not on the sofa and bed!

The cosyTinyhouse is located close to the centre in Großburschla - a district of Treffurt on the Werra in the street Bei der Schule 9 about 250m west of the Werra bridge, turn left into Pfarrgasse, then right again and 30 metres straight ahead (somewhat hidden rear property between other buildings and gardens) northwest opposite the playground on the former school grounds.

Großburschla is a historically significant place in the history of German reunification.
Pure nature on the property and in every direction.

There is a car park opposite the playground. If the car park is full, you can park in the courtyard in front of the larch tree. Bicycle racks on the property.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
