Our holiday apartment is located on a fully fenced property in the beautiful Thuringian Forest.

The apartment features a living room with a TV, sofa, and armchairs, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Dogs are welcome and have plenty of room to run around on the property.

You can relax on the large terrace with a barbecue. On warm summer days, the swimming pool offers a refreshing dip. A lawn for sunbathing is also available. There is plenty of space for children to play as well.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
