Sports activities include the Schönbrunn terrace pool and tennis courts in Gießübel. The region is also rich in history: the first industrial village glassworks in Germany was once located here. Excursions to Suhl, Coburg, Erfurt or Weimar add cultural variety. Nature, culture and relaxation combine here for an ideal stay.
