The holiday home "Holzberg" offers approximately 120 m² of living space for 6-10 people and features three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtub, shower, and toilet. The entire house is furnished to a high standard with modern amenities, providing the utmost in comfort. The spacious living area on the first floor has underfloor heating and includes a roomy living and dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped designer kitchen with a balcony, and a large conservatory. Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and internet radio are available throughout the house. Pets are welcome. A large, fenced garden is located approximately 200 meters from the guesthouse and offers over 500 m² of space to enjoy the sun, let your dog run free, and explore nature with your children. The garden includes a garden shed and indoor and outdoor seating areas. A brick barbecue and outdoor lighting complete the picture and invite you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings. Separate parking spaces are located in front of the house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
