The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, two heaters, a DVD player and a TV. In addition there is a balcony, a sandbox, a terrace, a garden, a barbecue and a jacuzzi. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a steam shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment, a high chair and a cot.

In winter, the area transforms into a snow sports hub with ski lifts in Masserberg, Heubach, and Fehrenbach, plus extensive cross-country and winter hiking trails. Dogs love exploring these scenic routes, and open meadows nearby offer safe spaces for play. Warmer months bring cycling, picnics, and forest walks—ideal for travelers who enjoy active days and time outdoors with their pets.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
