The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds, a double bed and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with four heaters, two DVD players, a fireplace, a stereo, two CD players, two radios and a TV. In addition there is a garden, a football table, a set of garden furniture and a bicycle. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a washbasin and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer and two washing machines.

"Take a break"... in our beautiful water tower, the only one in Central Germany where you can stay as a guest. Treat yourself to a few days off from everyday life and enjoy the beautiful landscape and the many nearby sights and towns.

The minimum rental period for this property is 4 nights.

Our holiday home offers ample space for up to 5 people and 1 dog, or up to 4 people and 2 dogs.

What you get for the rental price:

- Exclusive use of the 95m² holiday home and the 1300m² fenced garden (no other guests)

- 60m² play barn with table tennis, foosball, darts, games, and a basketball court

- Garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, a hanging chair, and a hammock. Fire pit and grill including firewood and charcoal

- We clean the holiday home free of charge at the end of your stay.

- Wi-Fi, cable TV, electricity, water, gas, towels, and bed linens are included.

- Use of washing machine, hairdryer, coffee, one bottle of water, one bottle of wine, and dishwasher tablets are provided.

- In summer, fresh herbs from the herb garden are available for picking.

Due to the many stairs, the tower is not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for children under 5 years old.

Dogs are allowed; by prior arrangement, there is a charge of €35.00 per dog per stay. We are a non-smoking establishment; smoking is permitted in the garden.

If you are traveling with your electric car or e-bike, you can charge it directly at our play barn using a 230V outlet powered by green electricity from Greenpeace Energy, or at our wallbox with up to 7 kW of on-site solar power.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
