The house, containing two holiday apartments, is detached and located on the edge of the village of Frankenroda, just 30 meters from the Werra River, within easy walking distance and separated only by a meadow. Bright, airy rooms with panoramic windows offer unobstructed views of the Werra and the surrounding steep banks. Every room provides views of the natural surroundings. The building was constructed using exclusively ecological building materials (lime plaster, wood fiber insulation, lime paint, solid wood parquet flooring, and natural stone). The use of natural materials – also in the furnishings – creates a uniquely pleasant and relaxing indoor climate.

The house is located near the Werra Valley Cycle Path, numerous hiking trails, and the local kayak rental.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
