The flat was extensively renovated and refurnished in 2024 and has been available to our guests ever since.

It is only a few minutes' walk from historical sights, the market, the theatre and the cinema.

The flat is spacious at 65 square metres and has an open-plan living and dining area. The living area is furnished with a modern wall unit, a flat-screen TV and a cosy couch.
It has a modern kitchen with all modern conveniences such as a coffee machine, dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob and microwave.
Our guests also have a chic and modern bathroom and a cosy bedroom with wardrobe at their disposal.
Free WLAN is of course also available.

In summer, a small sunny terrace invites you to linger.
Free parking is available directly in front of the accommodation.

Altenburg is located in the triangle between Leipzig, Zwickau and Chemnitz. It is a more than 1000 year old former residential town in the east of the Free State of Thuringia, in the centre of the metropolitan region of Central Germany.
Altenburg is famous for the card game Skat, which was invented here in 1810. There is an exhibition on the game in the castle and playing card museum.
Leipzig's market square is just over half an hour away on the S-Bahn.
There are also numerous wonderful cycle paths in Altenburg and the surrounding area of Leipzig.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
