The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a radio and three televisions. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, three washbasins, two showers and a bath.

The holiday home has two tumble dryers, a fridge, a freezer and two washing machines.

Holiday apartment in Wrixum on Föhr, Linge 4 (actually Wyk/Südstrand), Apt. No. 1 (approx. 160 sq m), 6 rooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, NON-SMOKING. ALLERGY-FRIENDLY.

On the ground floor is the living room with satellite TV (Smart TV via LAN), Blu-ray player, iPod docking station with USB port. There is a seating area with a 3-seater leather sofa and a dining table with 8 chairs. The living room provides access to the west-facing terrace and garden.

The modern and comfortable kitchenette is also located on this floor.

Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 on the ground floor also has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. Bathroom 1 on the ground floor has a shower and toilet. Bathroom 2 on the ground floor has a bathtub, toilet, and double vanity. There is also a study with a desk and sofa on the ground floor.
... On the first floor are two further bedrooms. One has two single beds, a sitting area, and a chest of drawers, and the other has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), satellite TV (Smart TV), and a built-in wardrobe. Bathroom 3 is also on the first floor and features a large shower and toilet.

In the basement, there is a ping-pong table and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The large garden in front of and behind the house is also available for use. At the rear of the house, there is a small self-contained apartment on the first floor.

The wood-burning stove is currently not in use. This house has been completely renovated with great attention to detail and furnished very comfortably. It offers ample space for two small families and plenty of room in the garden.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
