Detailed information

Our holiday apartment is located on the ground floor. The building contains five apartments. Despite its modest size of 36 square meters, the apartment is well-suited for two people. In exceptional circumstances, two small children can also be accommodated. The sofa bed in the living room, with a sleeping width of 145 cm, makes a comfortable bed for two.

The apartment is very well-furnished. Since our family uses it frequently ourselves, we naturally place great importance on ensuring that guests feel at home in terms of furnishings and cleanliness. For this reason, we cannot allow pets.

A beach chair and garden furniture are available for our guests on the terrace, which belongs to the apartment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
