Situated in a quiet holiday home community, the cozy, light-filled living area invites you to relax in front of the fireplace after a long walk, even in the colder months. The fully equipped kitchen and the shower room with a whirlpool tub add to the feeling of well-being.

The spacious, light-filled living room is the heart of this holiday home, built in Scandinavian timber construction. Here you'll also find the dining area with space for up to six people. A comfortable corner sofa invites you to gather around the fireplace or relax in front of the swiveling smart TV. Those who wish to enjoy the view of the dike can take a seat in one of the comfortable armchairs in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room offers direct access to the spacious, covered, south-facing terrace. Surrounding the terrace is the well-maintained garden with ample lawn space and a barbecue area.

The larger bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, also offers direct access to the terrace. In addition to a shower, the bathroom features a whirlpool bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long walk along the dike. Off the well-equipped kitchen, next to another bedroom with a queen-size bed, is a small playroom. From here, a ladder leads to the cozy loft, which offers two additional sleeping spaces. Please note that as the ladder is not fixed in place, the loft is not suitable for small children or people with limited mobility.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
