The holiday home "Nordseebrise" is tastefully furnished and offers ample space for up to four people with two bedrooms (one with a double bed 1.80m, the other with a double bed 1.60m). A sleeping loft (a "Hems" with additional sleeping space) is available at your own risk. The high-quality fitted kitchen is fully equipped.

The open-plan living and dining area features a wood-burning stove, a comfortable sofa, and a dining table for up to five people. A flat-screen TV, stereo/CD player, and DVD player complete the amenities.

The spacious bathroom offers our guests a sauna, a whirlpool bathtub, and a walk-in shower. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for quick laundry needs.

Please note that pets are not allowed on the sofa or beds.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
