General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a radio, two heaters, four televisions, three DVD players, a fireplace, a heater and a CD player. In addition there is a bicycle, a hot tub, a garden and a trampoline and there are two terraces and three sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a shower, a bath, two washbasins and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a freezer, two washing machines and a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

Like our holiday home "Nordseelicht," this Scandinavian-style wooden holiday home features three bedrooms, a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with sauna and whirlpool tub), and a guest toilet.

Since we also use the house privately, we put a lot of love into the details, combining exclusivity with comfort and a family atmosphere. This past April, we made a few changes to the house. We improved the lighting concept, reorganized the space in the guest toilet, installed a proper whirlpool tub for two in the bathroom, and rearranged the entrance area to include a small wardrobe. We hope you will feel at home in the "Nordseeluft" holiday home and enjoy the improvements as much as we do.

Outside, the house boasts a small covered terrace in front of the front door and a corner terrace of approximately 50 square meters behind the house, of which about 16 square meters are covered. Here you'll find a variety of garden furniture with cushions, a Weber grill, a beach chair, a children's beach chair, and a large garden trampoline. The house sits on a roughly 500 square meter plot and has two parking spaces in front. Fiber optic internet has been available since the beginning of 2025.

In case the weather isn't cooperating, we've designed the interior of our house so that boredom won't set in for anyone, young or old. Simply enjoy the sauna and whirlpool, a good book, or a glass of wine in front of the fireplace. Children and teenagers will certainly enjoy the Wii and PS3; a few games are also available, such as PlayStation Move and SingStar. You can watch your favorite movies on DVD or Blu-ray using the PS3. Televisions with satellite connections are available in the living room and bedrooms; the smaller bedrooms also have televisions with DVD players. The house also has LTE internet.

Families and children are welcome here, so we provide children's equipment. In addition to a Hauck travel cot with mattress, highchair, toilet seat, changing mat, step stool and bottle warmer, you will also find children's cutlery and dishes in the kitchen.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
