The holiday home for 8 persons has five bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, 13 heaters, six televisions, six radios, a fireplace and a stereo. In addition there is a terrace and a balcony and there are two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a bath, five hairdryers, eight washbasins and seven showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, two washing machines, two tumble dryers and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and an oven.

Are you longing for the seaside? A living room with elegant natural stone flooring, comfortable seating, and a spacious, cozy dining area awaits you.

The modern gas fireplace creates a special vacation atmosphere at the touch of a button.

An additional playroom is located in the attic.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
