The modern and comfortably furnished apartment consists of an open kitchen-living area with dining area and exit to the large balcony. In addition, there is a bathroom with rain shower with steam bath function and underfloor heating. This beautiful apartment also has a washing machine and dryer. A TV with Blu-Ray player and a soundbar with Bluetooth connectivity provide entertainment and a bioethanol fireplace for cozy warmth. In total, there are three bedrooms, each with a cozy double bed with a full-length mattress and a flat-screen TV. Dogs are welcome. The kitchen is very well equipped and while cooking you can watch the sea. The apartment is located on the sunny side of the building and the large balcony offers a seating area with roofing. You can get supplies in the well-equipped Edeka market 2km away, a bakery and a bicycle rental are within walking distance. The surrounding area is ideal for excursions in the harbour area or on the beautiful sandy beach that is directly adjacent to the harbour area. A dog beach is within walking distance in Stein. On the nearby headland of Bottsand there is also a wonderful sandy beach, which is divided into a textile and a nudist area. Both the many sailing boats and the container ships that are on their way to or from the Kiel Canal characterize the picture, especially in the summer months. A special experience that you can follow from the terrace or living room is the largest sailing event in the world: the Kiel Week. Thanks to the binoculars that are part of the apartment's inventory, you can observe life on the water. The state capital Kiel can be reached by car in 20 minutes and offers many entertainment and cultural opportunities. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. There is a car parking space available. Binoculars can be borrowed from our service office. The furnishings can vary, among other things there are different types of coffee machines in the houses. Pillow and duvet are standard dimensions, the fitted sheet has the dimensions of 180x200 For our little guests, playgrounds are available on the newly designed promenade. There is an activity centre in the complex. Here, the kids can slide and climb in an indoor play area, among other things. A black light mini golf course is also available for young and old. Admission is free for you as DanCenter guests. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
