Situated in a quiet location with a private garden, this holiday home promises pure relaxation. The proximity to the sea and an inviting golf course crowns the relaxation on offer and makes your stay unforgettable.
The approx. 60 m² holiday flat is perfectly equipped to offer up to 3 adults an extremely comfortable stay. A separate bedroom with a spacious double bed (180 x 200 cm) and plenty of storage space, a cosily furnished living room with an inviting seating area and a relaxing armchair, as well as a second, smaller bedroom for a third person, guarantee relaxing nights. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, filter coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. Entertainment is provided by an 80 cm flat-screen TV with satellite connection and a small music system with CD player.
The well-kept outdoor area of the flat with direct access from the living room and the adjoining bedroom invites you to spend idyllic hours in the open air. A private beach chair and a coffee table under the parasol in the private garden provide the perfect setting to unwind. Those who enjoy barbecuing will appreciate the small electric barbecue, while the garden furniture and cushions provided guarantee cosy hours outdoors.
The area surrounding the holiday flat has a lot to offer. Just 700 metres away is a tourist tax-free "green" beach with beach showers, ideal for summer bathing fun. Golf enthusiasts can improve their handicap on the 18-hole golf course about 1500 metres away. Shopping facilities for daily needs can be found in Büsum, about five kilometres away. There are also various leisure activities such as cycling, fishing or excursions into the charming surrounding area.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
