The detached house offers 106.5 m² of living space, not only stylishly furnished and perfectly equipped, but also plenty of room and comfort for up to 5 people. It meets the requirements of the German Tourism Association's (DTV) four-star rating. In the spacious, open-plan living room, a comfortable sofa and armchairs invite you to relax, while a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. The dining area is directly adjacent. From here, you can access a lovely double bedroom. After eventful days exploring the Baltic Sea region, the house's three bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep, and in the morning, you can step directly onto the terrace and start your holiday with the first rays of sunshine. Upstairs, you'll find a lounge with access to the roof terrace, two bedrooms, and a second toilet. The ground-floor bathroom features a shower and a bathtub, perfect for relaxation. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
