Welcome to our holiday home on the Schlei.

The house is located in the idyllic village of Ulsnis.

It is a stylish country house, one of the oldest and most distinctive houses in Ulsnis. During the renovation, the demands of modern living were lovingly combined with the original character of the country house.

The bright and welcoming rooms are all located on the ground floor. The living room and the kitchen with dining area face south and have access to the 20 m² terrace, where you can relax. The beautifully landscaped garden is 1200 m² and invites you to linger.

The house offers a parking space for your car and a bicycle garage with power outlets – ideal for e-bikes.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
