This semi-detached house, over 100 square meters in size, offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six people. It boasts high-quality furnishings and bright, sunny rooms. The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area with a TV, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a bright shower room, and a washing machine and dryer. The south-facing terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a beach chair, and an electric awning.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a 180 cm wide double bed, TV, wardrobe, and reading/sitting area, as well as another bathroom with a shower, toilet, and window. The third bedroom, located in the attic, offers a 160 x 200 cm box-spring bed, TV, wardrobe, and desk. The skylights have blackout blinds, and the other windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds.

**Free Wi-Fi is available.** Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the shed.
