The Baltic Sea and the beach are approximately 150 meters away, and the town center, with its numerous restaurants, cafés, beach bars, and charming shops, is an 8-10 minute walk.

The stunning Oceanview holiday apartment offers 90 square meters of living space with the utmost comfort, luxurious furnishings, and a stylish interior. The spacious corner balcony is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, and an electric awning, and is accessible from the living area as well as both bedrooms. During the day, enjoy breathtaking panoramic sea views from almost every room, and at night, experience the special atmosphere of the illuminated Lübeck Bay. The living and dining area, decorated in warm, light colors, features not only fantastic sea views but also high-quality furnishings. A comfortable extra-large sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi are provided. The adjoining dining area offers ample space for four people, and the integrated designer kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. There are two bedrooms, both offering stunning sea views. The windows are fitted with blackout curtains or pleated blinds and roller shades. The master bedroom features a king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe, while the smaller bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a bunk bed. A large built-in wardrobe in the hallway outside the bedrooms provides ample storage for your holiday clothes. The modern bathroom includes a vanity and a bathtub with a shower. A washing machine is located in the built-in wardrobe in the hallway. A designated parking space in the hotel garage (entrance height 1.90 m/not suitable for large SUVs/no elevator) is included. A replacement parking ticket must be paid in case of loss. An elevator is available in the building.

The sauna and swimming pool belong to the adjacent hotel and can be booked there for an additional fee.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
